Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Singapore only.
- For purchases made between 5th December to 8th December (12nn): You will receive your items from 11th onwards
- For purchases made between 8th December (12:01pm) to 12th December: You will receive your items from 18th onwards
For purchases of $100 and above, shipping is free for the first 1000 customers, thereafter, it is chargeable at $5 per delivery location.
For purchases below $150, a shipping fee of $5 per delivery location will be charged.
Please note that if you are not home to receive your items, redelivery will be attempted once. A shipping fee of $5 is chargeable for additional attempts.
Shipping rates and duration:
Please note shipping duration and rates vary depending on the product and vendor. If the information is not available on the product page, you may write to us via our e-commerce partner, teapasar at firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire.
Unfortunately, we do not allow for cancellations after an order has been placed. If there has been a mistake during ordering, please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours of purchase to rectify the order.
In case of defective products or wrongly delivered products, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the issue and photo(s) of the defect where applicable, together with your order number, within 3 days of delivery to initiate the returns process.
