  • Is it safe to give you my credit card information?

Absolutely. Payment is processed through Stripe or Paypal and is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

  • How do I access/correct/delete my personal information?

If you would like to: access, correct, amend or delete any personal information we have about you, register a complaint, or simply want more information, contact our Privacy Compliance Officer via our e-commerce partner, teapasar at info@teapasar.com 

  • What cookies do you use?

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

  • How do I retrieve my orders?

After checking out, you will receive an email with your order information. If you have any questions regarding your order, you may email us at info@teapasar.com with your order number.

  • Can I return my purchase?

You can only return purchases if they are defective. For more information, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page 

  • Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we do not allow cancellations after an order has been placed.

  • How do I reach customer service?

We are always happy to help! Please email us at info@teapasar.com and we will do our best to get back to you within two working days. Please note that our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm (Singapore Time).

  • What happens if the workshop I purchased does not achieve the minimum number of participants to start?

If this happens, you will receive a coupon that you can use to redeem the same workshop at a later date.

  • What happens if I am unable to attend the workshop that I purchased?

Unfortunately we do not allow for refunds. However, we will link you up with the vendor and depending on their terms, they may issue a coupon for you to redeem the same workshop at another date.
